Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in advance with valid contact details and payment. Once confirmed, customers will receive a booking message or email with trip details and timing. -
Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund (after necessary deductions).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip or failure to show up (“no-show”) will result in no refund.

Cancellation by Company
In the rare case that BluePearl Tours & Travel cancels a trip due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unavoidable reasons, customers will be offered an option to reschedule the trip or receive a full refund. -
Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method after verifying cancellation details. -
No Refund Conditions
No refunds will be provided once the service (tour, taxi, or hotel booking) has started or partially completed. -
