Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in advance with valid contact details and payment. Once confirmed, customers will receive a message or email with trip details, timings, and instructions. -
Payments
Payments can be made through cash, UPI, or any approved digital method. Full payment is required before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed. -
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund. No refunds are provided for last-minute cancellations or “no-shows.” -

We strive to maintain punctual and high-quality service. However, trip timings may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unavoidable circumstances. -
Liability
BluePearl Tours & Travel is not responsible for delays, loss of personal items, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control. Passengers are advised to take care of their belongings during travel. -
Travel Safety
Our vehicles are maintained for safety and comfort. Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow the driver’s instructions to ensure a safe journey. -
